§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any licensed peddler or hawker who shall be guilty of any fraud, cheating or misrepresentation, whether through himself or herself or through an employee while acting as a peddler in the city, or who shall barter, sell or peddle any goods or merchandise or wares other than those specified in his or her application for a license (as in § 111.27) shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $200 for each offense; and the Mayor may revoke his or her license for such an offense.
