§ 96.11 CULVERTS.
   (A)   The city will provide one 12 inches in diameter drainage culvert, 20 feet in length, per lot and the same shall be installed by the city employees upon approval of the Street Superintendent.
   (B)   The property owner shall be responsible for additional expenses on culverts larger than described in division (A) above.
