The State Rules and Regulations for Fire Prevention and Safety, being 411 Ill. Adm. Code §§ 100.1 et seq., as approved and amended by the State Department of Law Enforcement is hereby adopted by the city as fully as if set out at length herein the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits and the area of jurisdiction of the city.
