§ 91.08 APPREHENSION AND INVESTIGATION.
   For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the Animal Control Warden or any peace officer may enter onto private property to apprehend a dog or other animal thought to be infected with rabies; to apprehend a straying dog or other animal thought to be infected with rabies: to apprehend a straying dog or other animal; or to apprehend a dog or other animal who has bitten any person. At the request of the owner or occupier of private property the Animal Control Warden may enter onto such property to apprehend any dog whether or not said dog is wearing a rabies inoculation tag or an identification tag.
