(A) Automobiles, trucks and other vehicles shall be permitted to park along either side of Vine Street between 7th Street and U.S. Route 45. Parking in this area shall be parallel parking only, diagonal parking being hereby expressly prohibited. Such parallel parking shall be so executed that the wheels of the vehicles nearest the curb shall be not farther away from the curb than 12 inches. Parking will not be permitted within the limits of intersections as determined by the state from intersection studies. Parking will not be permitted on any other portion of this project.
(B) All applicable portions of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/11-303, will also apply and be a part of this schedule.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of division (A) above shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $100 for each offense.
(D) Divisions (A) through (D) of this schedule were prepared in connection with the proposed improvement of F.A. Route 885 (Illinois Route 146) and F.A. Route 881 (U.S. 45), known as State Section 107-2; 110-1; 37 (W, RS-1); 38-1, and shall go into full force and effect at the time of the completion of said improvement.
