(A) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicles upon any portion of a street designated by official sign as a loading zone, except those vehicles which are actually loading or unloading thereon.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any portion of a street designated by official sign as reserved parking, except those vehicles for which the parking is reserved. No parking shall be reserved for private business purposes.
(C) Appropriate signs shall be posted to show all loading and reserved parking zones.
(D) In accordance with divisions (A) through (C) above, the following locations are designated as loading zones and reserved parking zones:
(1) Loading zone. Beginning at the southwest intersection of West Main and Third Street and extending West for 64 feet on the south side of West Main; and
(2) Reserved parking zone. Beginning at a point 86 feet west of the southwest corner of Third and West Main Street, thence in a westerly direction 36 feet on the south side of West Main Street.
