(A) It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on any streets or alleys designated as one-way streets or alleys by law, in any direction other than that so designated.
(B) The following streets or portions of streets are hereby designated as one-way streets and/or alleys, to be traveled in the direction as designated:

(C) Any other street on portion of street prominently and plainly marked with signs placed by city officials and reading “One-Way Street” or “Do Not Enter” or some similar designation, shall also be one-way streets, in the direction designated.
