(A) Automobiles, trucks and other vehicles shall be permitted to park along either side of Vine Street between 7th Street and U.S. Route 45. Parking in this area shall be parallel parking only, diagonal parking being hereby expressly prohibited. Such parallel parking shall be so executed that the wheels of the vehicles nearest the curb shall be not farther away from the curb than 12 inches. Parking will not be permitted within.
