§ 74.05 EXCESSIVE NOISE; WHEELS.
   No operator shall, when the motor vehicle is stopped, accelerate the engine with the gears of such engine in neutral and while so accelerating the engine, shift the gears of the vehicle into a forward or reverse movement, thereby causing an unreasonable loud noise with the wheels of the said vehicle.
