§ 74.04 EXCESSIVE NOISE; STOPPED VEHICLE.

No operator of a vehicle shall, when the motor vehicle is stopped unreasonably accelerate the engine thereof with the gears of said vehicle in neutral, thereby causing an unreasonable loud or excessive noise.
