§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   The fine for violating the provisions of § 70.08 shall be as follows:
      (1)   First offense: $100 fine; and
      (2)   Second or subsequent offense(s): $250 fine.
