§ 30.05 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings of the City Council may be called by the Mayor or any three Aldermen, by giving at least 24 hours’ notice thereof, by delivering to their residences, written or printed notices of the time of such meeting; such notices shall be served by the Chief of Police, or his or her designated representative.
