§ 70.01 STATE VEHICLE CODE.
   The State Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/1-100 et seq. entitled “Title and Definitions”, as passed, approved and amended by the State General Assembly, is hereby adopted by the city and is controlling within the city limits.
