The regular stated meetings of the City Council shall be held at City Hall, 205 North 4th Street, on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. When said meeting date falls upon a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on Thursday, the following day, the same hour and place, unless otherwise designated. Adjourned meetings may be held at such times as may be determined by the Council.
