Septic tank and sand filter fields:
(A) Trees and shrubs are not to be planted in any disposal field area. The roots will grow into the bedding material and cause stoppages;
(B) To prevent breakage of lines, do not drive over the disposal field area with heavy equipment;
(C) Concrete shall not be placed, laid or poured over absorption lines, nor shall a hard surface or fill be placed over the disposal field area;
(D) Surface drainage shall be maintained so that all surface water will drain away from the disposal field area; and
(E) Effluent from a filter shall not create an odor or a nuisance or be allowed to become ponded.
