Note: The minimum allowable liquid depth shall be four feet. Tanks in excess of 1,200 gallons capacity shall be designed on the basis of one and one-half times the daily flow of 100 gallons, per person per day up to 1,500 gallons per day. Flows greater than 1,500 gallons per day, the minimum effective tank capacity should equal 1,500 gallons, plus 75% of daily sewage flow. This formula V=1500 + .75Q may be used. V=volume and Q=daily sewage flow in gallons. | |||||
