The tap-on fee for water service to each property in which an application has been made and the sewer user’s agreement has been filed at City Hall, shall be $350 for sewer taps inside the incorporated area of the city. The tap-on fee for sewer service for properties outside the incorporated area of the city to which an application has been made and filed at City Hall, shall be $2,500.
