(A) The tap-on fee for water service to each property in which an application has been made and the water user’s agreement has been filed, shall be $500 for each three-quarter inch meter inside the incorporated area of the city. The tap-on fee for water service to each property in which an application has been made and the water user’s agreement has been filed, shall be $650 for each three-quarter meter outside the incorporated area of the city.
(B) The tap-on fee for water service to each property in which an application has been made and the water user’s agreement has been filed at City Hall shall be $800 for each one-inch meter inside the incorporated area of the city. The tap-on fee for water service to each property in which an application has been made and the water user’s agreement has been filed shall be $950 for each one-inch meter outside the incorporated area of the city.
