§ 52.22 SEPARATE METERS FOR EACH DISTINCT PREMISES.

No person, firm or corporation shall connect any gas service pipe or transmit gas supplied by the natural gas system of the city into two distinct premises, from one meter. Apartment buildings having separate dwelling units may be served from a single meter. Duplex dwellings shall be serviced from individual meters.
