§ 51.05 MONTHLY CHARGES.

Charges for the collection and disposal of garbage, refuse and ashes shall be made each month of the calendar year. All bills are to be rendered as of the first day of each month following the month for which the charges are made, and shall be due and payable on the date of rendition thereof.
