This section is enacted pursuant to the policy of hooking-up to city utilities to accomplish the following purposes.
(A) Outside city limits the meter must be placed by the water main, under the inspection of the Superintendent’s discretion. The total expense will be the land owner’s responsibility.
(B) No multiple meters will be allowed on a service line.
(C) If possible, persons must annex into the city limits.
(D) If not possible to annex into the city limits, it would be handled on a case by case situation.
(E) No sewer or gas will be furnished outside city limits.
