925.09 PROTECTION FROM DAMAGE AND DISTANCE FROM UNDERGROUND POWER LINES.
   (a)    No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the City's wastewater facilities. Any person(s) caught in the act of violating this provision, or found to be responsible for such action or activity through investigation or discovery shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct, and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalties provided for in Sections 925.24 through 925.26.
   (b)    No person, firm or corporation shall lay or undertake to lay underground electric transmission lines or power distribution cables or lines unless such underground lines or cables are a minimum horizontal distance of six feet from any and all existing water and sewer lines. The Director of Public Works, or his representative, is hereby expressly authorized to institute and maintain a suit to restrain by injunction any violation of this section.
