1157.08 DUTIES OF OWNERS/OPERATORS OF AN AUTO CAMPGROUND.
   (a)   Keep at all times a register of all persons staying in his camp, which register shall at all times be open to the officers of the city and which register shall record the names and home addresses of all persons staying in the auto campground, the date of their arrival, date of their departure, the number of and state in which the driver's license of such person was issued, the license number of all camper vehicle and automobiles in the camp, the name of the state or country in which they are registered, the auto campground unit on which each is located and the place at which the last overnight stop was made.
   (b)   Maintain the camp in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times;
   (c)   Allow no more than one camper vehicle and one automobile on any one unit at any one time;
   (d)   Require that all such camper vehicles and automobiles are located on their respective units as required by the terms of this section;
   (e)   Require all toilets in every camper vehicle in the camp to be connected to the camp sewer or in case any toilet is so constructed that it cannot be so connected, to require it to be sealed so that it cannot be used during the total time it shall remain in the camp;
   (f)   Require every sink and every lavatory in any camper vehicle in the camp to be connected to the camp sewer during its entire stay in the camp;
   (g)   See that all garbage is contained as is required by ordinance and deposited in appropriate receptacles and see that all such waste receptacles are collected, cleaned and redistributed;
   (h)   Permit no domestic animal in the camp unless such animal is kept on a leash or is confined in an adequate enclosure as per the codified ordinances of the City of Vienna;
   (i)   Report promptly to the proper authorities any violations of law which may come to his attention;
   (j)   See that no person overstays his legal limit of residence in the camp; and
   (k)   See that all lights as required by this article are maintained and working;
   (l)   Post in a waterproof holder in a conspicuous place in each auto campground unit a copy of this section.
