135.01 CREATED.

   There is hereby established a public library board of directors, which may hereafter be referred to as the Vienna Library Board. (1965 Code §2-23)

135.02 INCORPORATION.

   The Library Board shall be a corporation, and as such it may contract and be contracted with, sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded and have and use a common seal.
