The Planning Commission is hereby authorized to adopt a fee schedule to be charged to applicants for plat approval, which fee schedule, when so adopted, shall be submitted to Council for its approval. Upon such approval by Council, the fees imposed under such Schedule shall be charged to those persons applying for plat approval, such fees to remain in force until otherwise amended.
