132.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION.

There is hereby established the office of Human Resource Director, which shall be an executive office of the City. The Human Resource Director shall be appointed by the Mayor, upon the recommendation of a panel appointed by the Mayor, and which appointment shall then be confirmed by Council. The Human Resource Director shall be appointed without a set term of office.
