129.11 AUTHORITY TO PULL DOWN STRUCTURES.

The Fire Chief or any other Fire Department officer in charge may direct the pulling down and destruction of any fence, house or other thing, if during any fire or emergency such pulling down and destruction is, in the opinion of the Fire Chief or other officer in charge, necessary for the proper control and extinguishment of the fire.
