129.10 POLICE POWER OF DEPARTMENT OFFICERS.
   All officers in charge of the Fire Department are hereby given the necessary special police power for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this article and Part Fifteen - Fire Prevention Code. (1965 Code §8-17 )
