129.06 ACQUISITION AND MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT.

The Bureau of Fire Prevention may finance the purchase and maintenance of apparatus and accessories required by the Fire Department in any manner deemed proper by the Bureau of Fire Prevention, with the approval of the Fire Department and Council.
