(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person violating the provisions of § 51.13 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500, for such violation. Each day the violation continues shall be a separate and distinct offense.
(2) Any person who knowingly makes a false material statement or representation in any writing required to be prepared under § 51.13 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500, for each submission.
