(A) In accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-4-204 and 36-7-4-207, membership of the County Area Plan Commission shall hereafter consist of a total of nine members as set forth herein.
(B) Six county representatives designated as follows:
(1) The County Superintendent of Schools, or a representative appointed by him or her who is a resident of the unincorporated area of the county;
(2) The County Agricultural Agent;
(3) The County Surveyor;
(4) Two citizen members who are residents of the unincorporated area of the county, appointed by the County Executive; and
(5) One citizen member who is a resident of the unincorporated area of the county, appointed by the County Fiscal Body.
(C) Two town representatives designated as follows:
(1) One member of the Town Council appointed by the Town Council; and
(2) One citizen member who is a resident of the town appointed by the Town Council.
(D) One representative appointed by the Town Council of the Town of Patriot, who may be either a member of the Town Council or a citizen member who is a resident of the Town of Patriot.
