§ 90.08 WAIVER.
   A person may apply for a waiver from the court requirements of this section to the Town Council which may grant such a waiver in its sole discretion when it deems it to be in the public interest. Such waiver must specify the property, date, and hours which applies.

§ 90.09 STREET CLEANING; YARD WASTE.
   (A)   No persons shall discharge, or permit the discharge, of grass clippings or other yard waste upon any public street, alley, or any surface water, gutter, drain, or ditch in the town.
   (B)   The Town Police Department shall issue a citation to any person found to be in violation of this section, and said person shall be fined $50.
