§ 53.02 PROPERTY OWNED BY ONE OR MORE INDIVIDUALS.
   Where the stormwater facilities are located upon property owned by one or more individuals, the mowing requirements for maintenance of such areas shall be enforced through the city's nuisance code contained in § 93.35 (D).
