§ 120.04 DISTILLED SPIRITS AND LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   The following distilled spirits and wine licenses may be issued by the city as set forth in KRS 243.030. The fees for each shall be as follows, per annum, unless otherwise noted:

   (B)   The following malt beverage licenses may be issued by the city. The fees for each shall be as follows, per annum, unless otherwise noted:

   (C)   There is a nonrefundable application fee of fifty dollars ($50) for each new application under this section, except for temporary licenses issued under division (A).
   (D)   There is a one-time registration fee for all new licensees of fifty dollars ($50).
   (E)   In the event a violation of this chapter occurs that results in the suspension or revocation of the license, the city shall not refund any portion of the license fee.
   (F)   If the applicant who has paid the fees set forth above for a city license is denied a state alcohol license, the city license fee shall be refunded to the applicant.
