Any violation of Ordinance of 2-16-88, adopted by reference in § 154.01, shall be guility of a misdemeanor and shall carry a penalty, upon conviction, of a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days or both, and court costs, expenses, and a ten dollar ($10.00) fee. Each day a violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense. This penalty does not restrict the City Council from seeking other remedies to prevent or remedy any violation.
