(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to the general penalty set forth in § 10.99. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.17 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and upon a conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). Each day such a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and is punishable as such hereinunder. (Ord., passed 1-15-80)
