It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit, or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or operated by such person to occupy a parking space between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for a period in excess of two (2) hours. Any person whose vehicle is parked as stated above in the Old Historic District longer than the two (2) hour period shall be considered illegally parked.
