§ 71.06 WASHING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.

No person shall park or stand a motor vehicle upon a public street or in public parking lots for the purpose of washing, greasing, or repairing. However, the provisions of this section shall not apply to the making of emergency repairs.
