(A) A wholesaler of water is defined as a person, firm, company or other entity that supplies water to no less than twenty-five (25) separate customers utilizing its own water supply lines and which bills its customers for their separate water usage.
(B) Effective with the meter reading for the month of July, 2013, the water rates charged for water service provided to the city’s customers who are wholesalers of water are as follows:
