§ 50.23 SWIMMING POOL ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES.
   If a customer’s swimming pool is not connected to the city sanitary sewer system, the customer shall be allowed to have their sanitary sewer bill adjusted one (1) time per calendar year. Customers requesting such an adjustment must make a written request to the Water Department requesting an adjustment. Upon receipt of such a request, the Water Department will average the customer’s previous six (6) months bills for sewer consumption only. The customer will then be billed for sewer usage during the adjusted period at a rate equal to their average use during the previous six (6) months. Requests for pool adjustment shall be made no later than the tenth of the month for the adjustment to be made on the current bill.
