§ 113.21 LIGHTING GROUNDS.
   It shall be the duty of the person or manager of the public dance hall within the city or within 1 mile of the corporate limits thereof, to provide adequate illumination for the purpose of lighting the entire hall, stairways, and entry rooms used by the participants in connection with the public dance hall and also for the purpose of lighting all adjoining grounds, if the dance hall is located away from any lighted street, except dancing in the daytime. It shall be unlawful for any person or manager in charge of any public dance to allow or permit dancing in the dance hall in the nighttime with dimmed or extinguished lights.
