§ 111.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed the amount established by § 10.99 for each offense. Each and every day that any unlawful billboard or advertising board is allowed to remain shall be and constitute a separate offense.
