(A) All stop boxes and cutoffs for controlling the supply of water to consumers shall be placed between the curb and property line, as designated by the Water Superintendent, with the top of the stop box even with the grade of the sidewalk or parking.
(B) This rule shall not apply where the water supply is controlled by a valve or valves in the street.
