(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 53.015(I)(1) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding the amount established by § 10.99 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
