§ 52.36 BIN MAINTENANCE.
   Every bin required by this subchapter shall, to the extent possible, be maintained by the owner in a sanitary condition and it shall be the responsibility of the owner to periodically clean bins by washing, scalding or other methods as deemed necessary.
