The monthly residential curbside collection fee will be assessed to all residential properties having any municipal utility service and collected as part of the monthly utility bill. For multi-family housing with 1 utility service, the monthly residential curbside collection fee shall be adjusted to equal the number of units. For multi-family housing developments, the monthly residential curbside collection fee assessed shall equal the number of individual dwelling units.
