§ 52.32 RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE COLLECTION FEE.
   The mandatory monthly fee for residential curbside recycling plus applicable sales tax will be established by resolution of the City Council. The monthly fee for residential curbside recycling collection shall be 5% greater on accounts unpaid by the due date stated on the utility bill.
