§ 52.31 RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE RECYCLING.
   Effective no later than December 1, 2008, the city will provide curbside recycling collection for all single-family and multi-family housing consisting of up to 5 units. Items to be recycled and the procedures for sorting recyclables will be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
