§ 52.21 SOUTH DAKOTA WASTE REDUCTION TARGET; OPT OUT.
    Deep-dyed colored paper to include manila envelopes, boxboard/pressboard/similar light weight boxes, contaminated paper materials, glass containers plastic #3, #4, #5, #6, and #7, and contaminated plastic, or metal container materials will cost more than the true and total cost of unsubsidized landfilling of deep dyed colored paper, boxboard, contaminated paper materials, glass containers, plastic #3, #4, #5, #6, and #7, and contaminated containers materials and having followed the designated opt out procedure will be opting out of the specific portions of the waste reduction targets scheduled to go into effect 1-1-1997 and 6-1-1997. The City of Vermillion will review its determination for this specific waste reduction targets at least once every 2 years starting with the effective date of this subchapter.
