The owner or person in control of any private property shall cause the receivable solid waste as defined in § 52.01 collected and stored in authorized receptacles to be removed from the property within 7 days and disposed of at the municipal landfill. All yard waste shall be stored in separate receptacles and shall contain no other receivable solid waste. If the owner or person in control of any private property shall fail to do so, the City Manager or his or her designee shall notify the owner or person in control of the property to remove the material as defined in § 52.01 within 3 days. Failure to do so will result in the imposition of the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
